Salmon Self Catering
Self catering salmon river is a perfect holiday-option for anglers bringing their families and non-fishing companions to Iceland.

It is also a good choice for anglers who wish to travel to Iceland without spending a fortune as the price is quite reasonable.

In many cases those rivers are producing about the same numbers of salmon pr.rod as the "big rivers" since few rods can fish each river at the same time.

Prime time: mid July to end of August.
There is one cottage to every two rods. 6 rods fish the main beat.

Prime time: July 1st to August 10th. Average catch 235 (2-3 rods)
2 bedrooms with rwo beds and 1 bedroom with three beds. BBQ and radio.

2 twin rooms with bunk beds and s studio couch in the living room- jacuzzi on the veranda and a outdoor shower.  BBQ and radio.

You get hooked on Svartá
Prime time: July 27th to August 20th.
Very good fishing lodge (4 rods).  Many choose to hire full service while fishing Svartá.  It is comfortable for 10 people, 4 rooms in the house and one room in the small house. BBQ.
