In 2016 the East Ranga was absolutely on fire after the opening of the river. The runs of the two year salmon were the largest we have seen and from June 29 – July 16th over 900 salmon were caught and over 90% of them two year salmon.

Last year the beginning was not as good but maybe will hit the jackpot again next summer.

We have a few rods left in the river from July 4-11th. We have that slot on a special price of 1190 eur per day for a full rod or 790 eur per person if two share a rod.

Inconclusive in the price is a license, full board and accommodation, transport to and from the river from Reykjavik and a guide shared with another rod.
