Top Ten list – Final Numbers!

We bring you the final numbers from the summer with the East Ranga on top of the pile with just over 3000 salmon caught. This has frankly been the poorest fishing summer in Iceland for decades but we are very optimistic for the next one. The trend has been that after an awful summer there comes a really good one. The summer of 2014 was awful with dreadful numbers all over and for example only 1694 salmon in Midfjardara. In the following summer of 2015 we had record catches all over and Midfjardara wen up to 6028 salmon which is a national record.

We are now in the process of booking next summer, contact me sooner rather than later as the best bits go first.
