Great Ptarmigan season here in Iceland , Ptarmigan season coming to the end and the last day of shooting is tomorrow , it have been the best season for many many years, it is so great to see the strong population of Ptarmigan coming back. The season is very short for the Ptarmigan or only 12 shooting days , from the last weekend of October and the first three weekends of Nóvember , shooting is only Friday , Saturday and Sundays.
