There are few rivers that can offer as good fishing as Tungufljot, with 1200 to 2800 salmon caught on 4-6 rods. The Faxi (waterfall) pool is quickly becoming one of the best pools in the country with up to 20 landed salmon per day during the prime weeks.
The river is gin clear, rather large and ideal for double handed rods. With ervery two rods comes a very nice self catering cabin. Tungufljot is a perfect choice for those who prefer privacy and want quality fishing.
